Bad Delivery and issue still not fixed

Would Not Recommend

Lowes Delivery was very unprofessional. Order did not arrive on the day that was set up despite receiving a text the night before and the morning of the delivery. When called, delivery service said it would arrive the next day. When the order did not arrive the day after, I canceled the order and requested a refund. Order was delivered the next day, with every piece crocked. Two more days on the phone with Lowes to get the order picked up. Two weeks later, I still do not have my refund.
