The product had great quality
Damaged
The item was delivered damaged. I could clearly see the delivery person through my security camera as he examined the damage and ran his hand over the squashed downspouts. Then, he stacked them by the rest of my order, took a picture, and left.
Good product, watch for scratches
Solid product. Lowe’s seems to be the only place to get this chocolate brown color, which matches the rest of my gutters. Just take a good look before you buy, several had significant scratches.

Ignorance or Theft
Received 18 of 22 pieces When my brother asked for the 10' part of the order three times and was told it was all there. Missing $80 worth of parts and cannot hang the gutters. qty 3 10' 5" AL k type gutters qty 1 3x4 downspout. Employee told us that it was in the bag! So which is it?
