Has never really worked
I bought this in the spring to install in my stationary camper. It has never really worked. The water in the sink will become reasonably warm, then flash extremely hot for a second, and then return to completely cold. There is no such thing as a hot shower. It might get tepid if you don't have the water on full blast, and you are lucky. I paid a plumber to install it. Another plumber took a look at it and adjusted the temperature, but it made no difference. Seems like money down the drain...

Don't buy it.
It worked fine for 2 months with no problems... provided a great amount of hot water for one bathroom with 4 people living together. then suddenly... it stopped working and we got an error message... turned off the breaker... opened it up... it was leaking from the inside... the electrical components all got soaked... I'm guessing this is complete garbage now... now we got the regular tank water heater. maybe one day the technology will be better... maybe other units arent complete crap like th...

Be careful what you buy.
The water gets hot for about 20 seconds then turns cold again. We called customer support and they put us through to 4 techs, and the the fourth one put us on a survey and then hung up. We are not pleased at all. It says we are not to return it back to the store so what do we do with it. That's $275.00 down the drain.
