10/10 on my new (first) bidet toilet seat! The quality of the seat itself is very good. The bidet comes with a remote control and it’s all very easy to understand and operate. My favorite part is the warm seat. Who knew it would feel so nice to warm your cheeks while going to the bathroom?

Not very pleased. I have had this unit for over 2 years. It does sub par job on cleaning the pack side and to top it off it splashes the and leaves fecal water on the back end of the seat and lid that needs to be wiped down after each use. I do like the heated seat and charcoal filter. I would not recommend this unit

Absolutely loved this bidet when we acquired it. It was included when we installed an American Standard walk-in-tub. It worked great for about 5 years but now the nozzles will not extend so it is basically worthless. I have contacted American Standard and am being told that there are no repair parts available. My wife and I are too spoiled by the bidet to go back to toilet paper alone, but I will be buying another brand hoping to find one with more longevity and hopefully repair capability, if t...
