Arrived broken
These tubs are not packaged properly and break during transit. This is the third tub I had delivered by Lowes that I had to return due to being damaged, Even more distressing is the fact that Lowes has reimbursed be for the cost of the bathtubs but not the delivery fees. At this point I have made 4 calls to customer service for the refund of the delivery fees and have not been successful in getting this refunded. I may have to contest the charge on my credit card.

Needed a new tub for my daughter’s bathroom. Did a lot of research. None seem to be flawless but a lot of landlords install this tub and I figured they would know. Balance value with quality. Three men in a tub. Wait what??
