Great replacement for an existing bathtub.

This tub was recommended to us by our contractor for its durability, build quality, and overall appearance (it's plain, but not dated). The first one we bought had a small blemish. We returned it to Lowe's without any issue, and they delivered a new one 2 days later. Our contractor had no trouble installing it; it fit perfectly into the spot where the old tub had been removed.

Exactly what we needed and delivery was a breeze

Simple good quality tub that was delivered with only a corner chip. The product was exactly as described and easy to install. With any product especially porcelain tubs. getting an undamaged item is most important. Lowe’s did a great job delivering an intact item.

Good replacement for cast iron

The quality and the weight of the tub was a great replacement for the cast iron tub , also easier to carry to the upstairs bathroom

Arrived broken

These tubs are not packaged properly and break during transit. This is the third tub I had delivered by Lowes that I had to return due to being damaged, Even more distressing is the fact that Lowes has reimbursed be for the cost of the bathtubs but not the delivery fees. At this point I have made 4 calls to customer service for the refund of the delivery fees and have not been successful in getting this refunded. I may have to contest the charge on my credit card.

Rub a Dub Dub

Needed a new tub for my daughter’s bathroom. Did a lot of research. None seem to be flawless but a lot of landlords install this tub and I figured they would know. Balance value with quality. Three men in a tub. Wait what??

Get a low one so you can get in & out easily

Great bathtub

The enamel on this metal tub chips easily. Contractor had problems with chipping. Have one chip the size of a half dollar. Submitted a request inquiring how to obtain a repair kit as this is installed. Case number 03389341. No response yet. I like the tub but I need to get resolved.

Bathtub Finishad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy this bathtub. I had this bathtub professionally installed in 2003 during a total bath remodel job. After 10 years the water started pooling in front of the drain and finish started to deteriorate and rust is forming on the bottom of the tub. The tub is now starting to rust even on the side of the tub. I have used nothing but the recommended Bon Ami cleanser and a soft sponge when cleaning.
