Do not buy
This toilet has been a nightmare. It leaks immediately upon installing. Once you figure out where one leak is coming from and fix it, it leaks somewhere else. We had an older model of this toilet and didn’t look at reviews (for the first time ever) when we purchased. It appears this is a very common known issue. DO NOT BUY DEFECTIVE
I purchased this the other day, and after installation it immediately began leaking from the tank. Thinking maybe I was doing it wrong, I called a plumber to install. The plumber couldn’t get it to stop leaking either and told me that it had a bad tank. I called Lowe’s and they refused to replace it. Told me to call the manufacturer for assistance. Leaks
This toilet is beautiful but it leaks around the bolt in the back left side. We tried and tried to tighten it and it eventually cracked the tank. The leak never stopped no matter how much we tightened. Such a bummer. My now relatively inexpensive toilet doubled in price because we had to get another.
Rude sales associates
The sales associate that helped me get this was extremely rude. He made me feel like I was imposing on him. She told me it wasn’t his job to help me load a toilet that was too heavy for me to pick up and then told me it put him behind in his job. The sales associates at the Wabo location either can’t be found or have been extremely rude. When asked for assistance, I won’t shop at Lowe’s anymore, even though they’re located right down the street from my house.

water will not stop running
float in bowl would not shut off water. upon examination found float to have water inside of it. Not happy. had to reuse assembly from my old toilet tank.spent alot of money for a broken toilet.

Gasket between tank and bowl leaks
Ive tried taking this off and back on multiple times, the gasket warps every time and causes small leaks down the bolt hole. Gasket seems to be too big. Havent been able to find one that fits right. Shouldnt have to on a brand new toilet that is non returnable.

Only one I will buy
Never had one plug in over 20 year of ownership, two houses and now my daughters house. Have installed 10 in between my and my daughters home.

Flapper chain was too short on install. This had to be adjusted before install was complete. Other than that install was easy. Toilet works great.
