The toilet was easy to order online and arrived on time. I did have to call the local store to confirm the toilet was ready for pickup because the shipping status was not clear.

loud doesn't do the sound justice

it is very water wise, and while folks mentioned the volume truth is i didnt take it seriously enough! its fine, gets the job done, just might scare house guests and sounds like it might swallow small children and pets. its not just the sound, its the suction sound?

Lowe's will not have your back

The product was faulty and Lowes would not stand behind it. I went for 3 weeks without a toilet.

Lowes Excellent Special Order Experience

Ordered this pressure assisted toilet while ordering a second unit from a competitor. The Lowes unit arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The competitor's unit arrived broken and in pieces and had to be reordered three times and still could not be delivered in a usable condition. I will continue to be a loyal Lowes customer.

Poor quality control

Toilet valve leaks every few flushes and won’t shut off. Same reviews I’m finding on other sites. It’s nearly impossible to figure out how to file a warranty claim on the website. I likely will end up replacing the flapper valve and fill valve with better quality parts because it’s cheaper than driving 2 hours to return this toilet.
