What Customers Are Saying
This manual reel lawn mower performs well for cutting grass, as long as the user is mindful of small sticks or twigs that can get caught in the blades. Many found the mower easy to assemble and adjust, and appreciated its lightweight and quiet operation. However, some users struggled with the handle installation and felt the mower struggled with taller weeds or uneven grass. Overall, the mower seems well-suited for small to average-sized lawns, providing a good workout and environmentally-friendly alternative, but may not be the best choice for larger or more challenging lawn conditions.

Before younger neighbors moved in 3 years ago with much wire less and a ht ub we had no idea how sick humans can get from dangerously high electrical & vibration infrasound back-flow to their homes from residential tubs or pools. Good value
Easy to put together. Cuts great.

Works for me.
I have a very small Bermuda grass lawn and this mower is perfect. Yes, sticks will stop it but it's easy enough to just tip the mower over and remove the stick. The blade tolerance against the cutting bar is tight so a small nick will cause it to catch/stop. Just touch the spot up with a fine file and you're back in business. It can be hard to spring the handle into place but I found it helpful to tip the mower on one wheel so I could use my body weight to push the second end in place. It also...

The price was right
I love the lawn mower. It almost works better than a gas mower. You will get your exercise in.

Indication of quality
Bought this thing a few years back, and honestly it's the kind of quality I expect from Marvin.
What a piece of crap
Couldn't even get the thing together despite the 'easy assembly'. That 'easy assembly' needs you to bend the push handled to tension into place on some pegs. I scratched the hell out of it and will be returning it. Pure garbage.

Not good for different types of grass
My lawn has a lot of varieties of grass and weeds. This mower cuts some of the varieties just fine and doesn’t seem to even touch others. I just mowed my lawn and I went over every spot three times or more, trying to get it all cut. It still looks super uneven and terrible. I’ve had reel mowers in the past and they’ve been fine. I bought this one based on all the positive reviews, and I’ve never been so frustrated with just trying to mow my grass and have it look halfway decent. I’ll be buying a...
