American Gourmet Black 2 -Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill

Gas line length

Pre assembly not correct: top was put on backwards - knobs facing the wrong way. Gas line from grill to gas bottle is too short, no room to connect gas gage.

Just the right size and the price was good.

Good price

A great grill for a great price

I ordered this grill on line since it was not in stock at our local store at the time. It was delivered to the house within a couple of days of ordering. Assembly was tedious but not difficult, and when I hooked up my propane tank both burners lit up right away.

Spend a little more and inspect carefully

Cheaply made compared to past charbroils of similar price. Used two different hinges on cover so it doesn't close properly and squarely. DISSAPOINTED. gas tank holder put on backwards.

The perfect size.

Perfect size for cooking for two. But you can definitely cook for 6. The greats are ok. So I purchased 2 case iron grates and just put it over the the original one. Works perfectly!

Check before you leave with anything assembled for

The product works but would have been better if Lowe’s assembly was correct. I picked up my grill and brought home. Did a great review then went to hook up the propane and realized Lowe’s put it together totally wrong. Too much hassle to take back so spent 3 hours trying to fix. Still not right but it grills. Lesson learned… check while you there to make sure it’s put together correctly.
