missing hardware from box cust service was great

wood was warped but was able to install

long wait i you want more than one

still waiting for my next one as they don't keep a lot of these in stock

Not great - had to make repairs

Brought this home and found staples sticking out as well as the slots cut in the wood for the top piece were in the wrong spot. Had to remove the staples sticking out, and cut new slots at the correct location for the metal brackets to line up correctly. For $178, this pocket door frame is cheaply built and no quality checks on it.

Unless your more than a DIY’er try a different 1.

I manufacturer didn’t have the correct cuts to put this item together properly. I had to adjust their cuts for it to be applicable. I went on their site but it’s not available.

Horrible wheels

I purchased two of these. Installed and dry walled. When I hung the doors, they are extremely noisy and hard to pull. I discovered that the wheels are nylon with no ball bearings. The manufacturer, American Building Supply, does not even have available a decent wheel to purchase. I expect more from Lowe’s than to carry such trash.
