Product arrived damaged and missing parts. To make matters worse, Lowe's refused to refund the $79 delivery fee for delivering a defective product. This is incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the company's policies. I understand delivery fees cover logistics, but when the delivered product is both damaged and incomplete, it's unreasonable to charge for such a service.
