I ordered 2 standing and one grazing Alpine wicker deer. I got them at a great price, good quality over all, except one of them didn't completely light up. I was quite annoyed because the Lowe's store wouldn't accept returns after Christmas, even though it was broken! I called the very friendly people at Alpine and after answering a few questions and taking a few pictures they sent me a replacement deer, no problems! Adorable and great customer service
I received this darling reindeer as a gift from a friend. I like the size it's perfect for our front porch, or front room. Unlike other commenters-- there was no glitter for which I am eternally grateful! We assembled it as instructed but one part broke during assembly. We contacted Alpine and the customer service reps were kind and helpful and our issue was resolved in days. Thank you Alpine and Lowes.

Do not use outdoors!
Think of a super thin wire deer that instead of skin has lace fabric, it is pretty (useless for outdoor use), and the provided ultra-thin zip ties hold the legs and all other body parts together at different points. Oh. did I forget to mention that it has GLITTER? You know, that stuff that once it's in your hands or floors it never wants to leave? because it does have glitter all over its body.
