Perfect Item To Finish Off Any Landscaping Project

I have always wanted an outdoor fountain, as I love the sound of cascading water. The Alpine 43" Tiered Fountain fit my plans exactly. We had a problem with the fountain when it first arrived, but Alpine's Customer Service was wonderful. When I order items online it is usually very difficult to get any customer service. My issue was solved within 2 days. This deserves a 5+ customer service rating.

Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered a 17-inch Resin tiered Fountain, which shipped as promised. Unfortunately the fountain had some issues - a call to the vendor was answered by a person within three rings! They understood the problem and it was fixed within a week. I have never had such great customer service before. And the fountain is beautiful. Good job, Lowes (and vendor)!

Beautiful Patio Addition
