This was an easy install once I took the old shutters off, lined up the holes, and then used the plastic nail things in the old mortar holes. After doing a couple I got it down to a 15 minute per side removal and install with drilling the existing hole in the mortar joints just a little deeper.

Good looking shutters
Would rather have metal screws that are painted the color of the shutter than plastic caps to put on top of the screws. Plastic caps don't snap in well.

Color is NOT ROYAL
Royal Blue is usually a darker blue. This has major green undertones or something as it appeared more green than blue.
