I ordered the Alpha 14.5-in W x 66.5-in H Black Louvered Exterior Shutters (2-Pack) from Lowe’s and had an extremely frustrating experience. My first order was delayed and never arrived. After I called customer service, I was told the vendor does not ship to residential addresses, even though Lowe’s website allowed me to place the order for home delivery in the first place. I then reordered the product, only to have the second order canceled with no explanation at all. What made the situation...
