I recently purchased the Akicon Bath Fan 2-Sone 80-CFM Brushed Nickel Decorative Lighted Bathroom Fan as a replacement for the exact same model I bought several years ago, and I’m very happy with it. it was an easy install after we cut the whole bigger, under 30 minutes to get it up and running, LED light is bright but enough for an easy light the fan seems very quite , would install 2nd one in other bathroom and would recommend , Box is square

The fan/light unit came with easy to read instructions and was a breeze to install. I replaced an old fan/light unit so all of the wiring was there. The light is very bright and the fan is quiet.

Beautiful, easy install
This was super easy to install. I had a square cutout originally for my old light so we had to make that adjustment, but it had nothing to do with the installation process. Really beautiful and matches my other fixtures great.

Could not install without attic access!
This fan looks and feels high quality and was well packaged. However, the olisting for this fan says "Easy Installation - The bathroom fans for ceiling is easy to install or replace existing product for DIY'ers with no attic access required". This was incorrect in my case. I could not fit it into the space without access to the attic. My attic is floored above and I could not make this installation work without tearing out the Advantech subfloor above it. I am very disappointed as I need to repl...
