The fan came for trial and we thought it would be wonderful quiet fan for replacement of our existing builder grade noisy bath fan with light in our guest bathroom. We both were quite excited to install this fan, however, we have run into a lot of issues with this install. Very nice looking light with exhaust fan. Bright white light. Very quiet fan. That’s the best part about it. I don’t like loud exhaust fans. Had to have an electrician put it in. Did not take them long at all. I just figured out there is different settings to it as well. Cool light and bright light.

Received this item in exchange for a review. I installed the fan in a rental unit, and it was no more easy nor difficult than the Broan fans I have installed previously. What I can sya is that the fan is incredibly quiet and moves air wonderfully. I like theability to select between 50-80-100 cfm. The tenant did not like the night light function (seems this is a common complaint), so I was asked to disconnect that feature which was easily done. Well-made, quiet fan
Quiet exhaust fan has adjustable output of 50-80-100cfm and is selectable by switch. Sound levels are 0.3, 0.7, and 1.2, respectively. Main light is 15w and can switch by toggling the power to the light between 2700k, 4000k, and 5500k. The night light is 5w and can switch by toggling the power to the night light between 2700k, yellow, and blue. Duct outlet is 4" oval, but comes with an adapter for round ducts. Lights up my bathroom & takes away the steam
I really like this bathroom fan and light combination. This replaced my old bathroom fan which did not have a light. This fan has three different light colors,it takes away the steam from the shower quickly. The instructions were easy to understand. It took me between two to two and a half hours to take out the old fan and install the new one. It did not include any tools just the hardware. Love the 2-tone look and modern design. The quality is amazing and it comes with everything needed to complete install. Such a big upgrade from my standard white bathroom exhaust vent fan - and also come with low energy light surround.

The black decorative trim and built-in light make it look like a design choice, not an afterthought. Good lighting flexibility. Louder than marketed
This fan has a spring clip that holds the cover on. It is easy to remove to get to the fan if any dusting is needed, or if you want to disable one or both lighting options.
