What Customers Are Saying

The roof turbine vent is generally well-regarded for its quality construction, ease of installation, and effectiveness in improving air circulation. Many customers found it to be a reliable replacement for their old units. However, some reported issues with poor packaging leading to damage, concerns about the durability of plastic internal components, and challenges with the installation process and air circulation. While the product appears to offer good value overall, there are quality control and design aspects that could be improved to ensure a more consistently positive customer experience.

I bought this and it took 2 weeks to get it. When I finally got it the box was all beat up and the base was bent. Not sure I would order anything from Lowes on line again.

Shipping damage

Arrived in perfect condition but not what i thought I bought. I was shopping for an 14" exhaust ceiling vent fan but ordered an 12 " exhaust fan by mistake. I selected return immediately and ordered the 14" in its place. I have received the 14" replacement and I'm planning to return the 14" when my custom Pella windows are available. Here's the thing. The 14" was delivered to my house but the packaging was damaged in shipping. Thank you FedEx. I'm sure the damage can be straightened but disappoi...
