Buyer Beware!
I bought one piece of this product as I was replacing a section of rotted soffit under a roof valley. The vent was only painted on one side. It was not until I returned home that I noticed the painted side was on the inside of the vent, as required for my needs. (The inside of the "U" was painted, my existing vent was painted on both sides. Indeed the photos for this item show painted on the outside of the "U".
