Item never arrived until the following week with zero communications along the way and no contact method to make inquiry. Item arrived with 2 damaged fins and shipping box was fully intact - no damage or scuffs. 1st packaging flimsy, box was crushed on arrival, item was dented in several places. Item is made cheap, plastic parts underneath cannot see it holding up in high wind prone areas, Sent wrong color, item is being returned.
