Item arrived damaged but I was able to straighten the flange and install the turbine.

Open box before purchasing.
The roof flashing was bent on both, one was retapped , the boxed should have a reinforced base.

Go to a store and purchase or will come damaged.
Ordering process was easy. However once they arrived, by fed ex the boxes were bent automatically I was Leary of what I’d find inside damage! Well they were damage. Fins were bent. the aluminum frame that mounts to roof was the worst of the damage. What I think the main problem with this item is the cardboard carton they come in is inadequate for single shipping by fedex they are to rough with the packages and I feel they probably caused the damage on their transportation of this product.
