The skimmer itself works okay but the company seems to be run by AI. All correspondence is electronic. I called and had to leave a message and was responded to by AI generated messaging. Don't bother registering for warranty because it doesn't exist. You're rolling the dice with this product.

This product is as exactly as described, the amount of fine debris that this picks up is amazing, hair, pollen, leafs, & bugs, basically anything that gets in its way. I’ve gone through a couple different types of pool cleaners from automatic to handheld vacuums. Going to test this on an above ground pool as we have a big one and the maintenance is definitely high. Easy set up and light weight gets the job done. The struggle was real this year with insects in my area. This machine is bigger then I would like but man it’s been the best investment for the pool in awhile.
