Don’t be fool this is not a Heater

Just talked with the company Aeric about why this 3 in one only blows out cool air and they said “it’s not really a heater. Only use in the spring or fall.” The operator then said “ ok sorry bye bye” and hung up. What a misleading product and bad customer service. Only buy if you want a descent air conditioner. Nothing else

blew out cold air right from the start.....a bit tricky getting the pieces in the window due to the weight of the hose but it may work out faster with 2 people.....have had for 1 1/2 months......very good and l'd buy it again

Minor complaint: the User's Manual does not indicate which symbol references each of the 3 Modes: Cool, Dehumidify, Fan

We were able to move it to my boyfriends house and install it there as he had a compatible window so overall I would say this is a success!
