Half were not nailed to the back piece!
Needing the rest of my delivery, the full order was not delivered! Half of these were not nailed correctly! The other half were great! We had to fix them in order to hang them! We will build our own next time!

Fence was broken, customer service terrible!!
the fence arrived after the deliver date with no notification and once it did arrive they did not knock or let me know it was left flat in the middle of my driveway. The fence itself was chipped and broken. Customer service was called to pick the fence up for return and they were 2 days late in picking it up just as delivery with no notification. I had to call multiple times for an eta. Overall it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t return my funds and state they don’t know where the fences ...
