Pleasantly surprised!
I am doing a small project of replacing unruly bamboo with these fence panels on the side of my front yard. I benefited by going into the store for 3 reasons. #1 Seeing the product in person confirmed that I was making the right choice for my specific project and the budget I was working with. #2 There were 2 prices listed for the same 6x6 Redwood fence panels. $115 and $124. Panels were not consistent and hard to paint
We got like 20 of these panels for a straight fence with the idea of priming and painting white. A lot of the panels didn't match in terms of color and grain. Some of the panels looked like they had been sitting in a warehouse for 3 years and others looked brand new. Priming and painting them was then a nightmare. We have had to touchup the paint multiple times now within a month of install. Wood is super cheap and also splits. Not impressed. They also aren't all the same hight so if you want a...

I wish their guys could tell good from bad panels
Twice send destroyed panels - broken slats, slats missing, tops missing, footprint, water damage and mildew... twice we had to send them back and then they tried to charge us more for the new ones. Pick them out and pick them up yourself, since their guys can't tell the good from the bad/warped/broken. I'd like our fence to look nice ALL the way around. They aren't the best quality, but for the old price, they were worth it. We can always do something nice to cover the staples...

Modern and great looking horizontal redwood fence
Dear Lowes, thank you for bringing back this awesome modern redwood horizontal fence panel! When this became unavailable for a while on Lowes, I had to build a fence for my second house and had a really hard time trying to come up with alternative. Now that it's back, I would definitely use it in my future projects. Please continue to make this fence panel available forever! Fence panels in my pictures are now 5 years old and they held up very well.

Great product for a reasonable price
This is really an awesome product. I installed 3 of these to create some added privacy for my backyard, and it looks simply awesome. It is well-made, looks good, the quality is good, and the finish too. Very easy to install. Please note that there is a significant gap between each board, so it does not offer 100% privacy.
