Lost my money on this

Called twice and they said it was delivered but the product was not in my porch. First it said it will deliver on this day and then it was late then I got back from my trip and there’s nothing in my porch although it says it was delivered so I called and they said they will refund because they can’t replace then nothing so called again and they said they will not refund because it was delievered so now I lost that money.

Nice jacket but could be warmer

It's a nice idea, but it doesn't get hot enough for me. Even if I have it turned on the "high" setting, and only wear a thin shirt, I wish it was warmer. I have fibromyalgia and Hashimoto's so I am always cold and uncomfortable, though, so it may be that a "normal" person would find it hot enough for them. I will be purchasing another battery so that I can use it more frequently as well, as the battery life is very short. I am 5'6", 140 lbs, with a slender build, and purchased size Medium. ...
