Runs small, odd fit
I already have an Action Heat coat in small that fits great so I ordered the jacket in a Small. It’s an odd fit. It’s tight in the shoulders and hard for to me get on but loose in the abdomen area. It doesn’t stretch at all. It was an open box so no returns/exchanges. Disappointing.

Ok Jacket
The Jacket seems like it is made from descent materials. However, the heater seems to be underpowered. It does heat up eventually but produces nowhere near the 150° advertised. I felt like my wife was going to be able to run it on medium most of the time but instead she keeps it on high almost exclusively which results in a shorter run time.

Great jacket
This is my second jacket. I bought it one size up so I could layer it. Even great for hiking. put waterproofing on this one took it to Iceland and it worked great!! As well to make it even more versatile. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is that the pocket where the battery goes is open to the actual pocket. Needs to be a zipper or even Velcro.

Lost my money on this
Called twice and they said it was delivered but the product was not in my porch. First it said it will deliver on this day and then it was late then I got back from my trip and there’s nothing in my porch although it says it was delivered so I called and they said they will refund because they can’t replace then nothing so called again and they said they will not refund because it was delievered so now I lost that money.

I bought this jacket for my wife as a Christmas present, and was totally shocked how fast it was sent out to me. I ordered this jacket on December 21, and it was delivered on December 24, 2023. My wife would have kept the jacket, but she felt that the sleeves were to tight compared to her North Face jacket that it was going to replace.
