Garbage

I bought three of these and all three the spring inside broke.

The shade is not quite "room darkening"

We needed a shade for an east facing bedroom and it's not quite "room darkening". The description states mounting hardware is included but it is not. This would have been nice to know before leaving the store. Also, the roller was bent during shipping so we had to bend it back to make it work.

Would not buy it

The shade sides curled letting in unwanted light and the retracting mechanism did not work well.

Warped

It's warped and it's still in the original packaging. Since the original box isn't damaged, it seems to have warped just from sitting in the warehouse.

Rolling Shade

This shade is very thin and allowed light through. It’s not a true blackout shade.

Easy to install

I was wary when I read that the shades could be "torn" to width. But I was pleasant surprised to find that they tear straight and perfectly with no ragged edge. This made installation very simple with a beautiful finished appearance.

Both shades broke within a week

Set up was easy. I measured, installed the brackets, and trimmed. Then within the first day, one of the shades broke. While not in use while it was just sitting there on the brackets, it made a large clunking noise and then completely rolled off the roller bar. After that I could not get ANY tension on the spring no matter how many times I rolled the shade up and tried to re-tension the spring. A week later the same thing happened to the other shade.
