Not happy with Lowes
Item was shipped loosely in a shipping box. The original box wasn't even included ( I like to save the original box in case I have to activate the warranty). The item had been previously installed, and was clearly a return. Why was it returned? Why wasn't it listed as an "open box" item? Was it even inspected to be working correctly? I don't want to go to the effort of climbing up on a 16ft ladder, removing the existing light, installing this "new" light, only to find out it was returned for a r...
