I have had this running non-stop in TX heat since June, its been 100+ every day this summer, it is September now. Horrible Customer Service

I purchased the mini split unit from Lowe’s and it was delivered with no problems. I had a professional contractor install the system but noticed cool air would not produce. Do not buy.. beware beware beware I purchased this brand new and had a professional install it. As soon as he turned it on it almost caught fire. Smoke everywhere. Nearly 2 Years of Suffering

I bought this unit and installed it in October of 2020. It was charged with the task of managing a relatively small space of ~550sqft. In less than a month of operations it showed an F1 fault. These units are a great option for someone to install a mini split themselves. They are a good value and work well but good luck getting one delivered that isn’t damaged. I’ve now purchased 7 units in order to get 3 that are usable but even those has some damage.
