The delivery guy opened the box with the marble counter but it was broken on the edge and he said he would bring our new marble counter tomorrow. I was waiting and I never saw him. So, I called the Lowe's store and Lowe's internet about 2 days. I didn't see any update.

About 6 months after install, noticed water from behind the faculty was draining down the side. Had installers come back. It appears to be a design issue. After only about 4 years the front doors are wearing at the bottom and the whole thing looks cheap. I wanted to love it but it appears poorly designed and made. A friend with the same brand had the same issue with the water running down the side wall.

Solid wood

It is a beautiful peice. Made of wood, not particle board, which is hard to find unless custom. Husband thought it was easy access to put the plumbing in. Comes with hardware, packaged well, no marks or dings. Potential draw backs are that it is rather high for a 5’1” person and the sink is not connected to the counter, it was an extra step we didn’t anticipate. The solid wood far out weighed the potential draw backs. Happy with the purchase.

Excellent quality.

The bath vanity arrived several days earlier than indicated which was great for us! I really appreciate the quality… white oak—no particle board! Wish FedEx could have placed it by our back door rather than dropping it off in front off my daughter’s garage.

Nice looking, poor quality, insulting support

A year after being installed the doors looked like they were bent! Contacted customer support who confirmed the vanity is still under warranty and proceeded to give me the run around for a few weeks of more questions, disconnected calls after eternal holds, the full playbook of a company that doesn't stand behind their product. Icing on the cake is the hold music: a song about being "on hold all day" and the customer service agent probably being engaged into other activities...

Worth the price.

The vanity was made with real wood and quality hardware. The paint was perfect. All of the doors and drawers linec up correctly. After looking at the local stores all I found was either inexpensive low to medium quality or expensive liw to medium qualify. This unit was furniture quality. Worth paying extra for all day.

Cracking paint

I purchased this vanity just one year ago. $1500.00 paint is cracking. Do not purchase!!!!!

Beautiful and well made

I was concerned about the cost, but ultimately I think its completely worth it. Its absolutely beautiful and very solid. All parts were delivered without any damage and its amazing. I love the fact that its a full set with the countertop and sink which all match very, very nicely.
