Delivery nightmare.

Delivery of this item was terrible. The delivery person left it partially in the road and refused to bring it to my house. He told me he could not bring it on my gravel driveway. I called his supervisor and it was even worse. I had to pay two people to move it from the road to my garage. Once in the garage I opened the countertop box and the countertop was broken. Great vanity!

I love this vanity which we put in our guest bathroom. It is solidly built. The drawers are super smooth to open and close. There is plenty of storage. I planned to change the hardware when I ordered the vanity. But opted not to once I saw it. The pulls look so good. It is a perfect vanity. I’d order more if I needed more.

Don’t buy online

Terrible experience when part of the order was cancelled and it took a total of five and a half hours on hold with the store to try and get someone to fix the order and refund erroneous double charge. And to try and add install. A total nightmare because once you order online only the local store can fix it. And they don’t answer the phone.

Missing hardware

Very heavy vanity, well made. Has two dents, shipping damage. Missing the under mount sink hardware. Called customer service for replacement, took about 30 minutes, should receive replacement in 7 days.

Excellent cabinets!

Great cabinets! Exceptional quality. Ariel is hands down the best cabinet you can get for the money. Only thing I would change would be to add electrical inside the cabinet like so many newer cabinets have now.

Espresso is more like mahogany in color, reddish

The quality is good. Our only issue is is that it is not espresso color. It is more reddish more of a mahogany. The type of mahogany that you would see on a traditional Office desk.

Nice looking, poor quality, insulting support

A year after being installed the doors looked like they were bent! Contacted customer support who confirmed the vanity is still under warranty and proceeded to give me the run around for a few weeks of more questions, disconnected calls after eternal holds, the full playbook of a company that doesn't stand behind their product. Icing on the cake is the hold music: a song about being "on hold all day" and the customer service agent probably being engaged into other activities...
