Product is bad bad,
Product is bad bad, The instruction is very poor. When I register this item (AQUASURE Harmony 64000 -Grain Water softener system) for warranty, I do two time and then chech my email, I don't see any email your send back. The water is salty, my wife and children nag me, I can't adjust it. They are afraid to drink water from this product.
Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis does not work properly and Lowe's will not replace unless I return the entire package that has been installed. Lesson learned do not buy it as a package deal. Also Aquasure Support is not willing to replace the unit.
Suggestions to the manufacturer
The programming and setup works as anticipated. Functions well. Although there are three minor points I do not like: (1) the connection between the bypass valve and the control head is flimsy, the water pressure is held by metal clips with extremely shallow catch on thin plastic. I cannot stop worrying that one day the plastic can creep and the union may burst open. (2). The system start up instruction did not make it clear what the initial bypass valve position should be in each step. One has ...

Very effective water softener, affordable price, however there was a small problem with delivery due to missing a few small accessories.
