Coating was very reflective and covered alot area
The Apoc 208 worked well coating the metal roof of an old cabin. The cabins metal has been covered in the past in most places so it grabbed the Apoc 208 and made a thick coat. In other places where the metal was new we made 2 passes. Once the first coat tacked up over the weekend we applied another to meet the same thickness as previously coated metal area's. Cover and seals even over tar. Read the instructions before purchase and really wuestioned if this would work to cover tar or not, but in the real world, IT DID THE JOB PERFECTLY !!! Highly Recommend !!!

Yes - bought this and it was hard to mix and apply, alot of work involved to get it on the roof and then for it to just rust within a year is ridiculous.

I have used this product for years. The last application on this roof was at least 10 years ago. This is covering a uncoated steel corrugated roof. This roof was first put on building in late 1950sand is just a good now as when installed. Proof this product does as advertised.

We went to Lowe’s at bandera road to purchase this particular roof coating and all 15 buckets on the shelf were manufactured in 2018. It is 2024. This is not really. Manufacturing issue. It is a Lowe’s issue. The manager argued with us about the manufacture instructions and then stated he could discount it a whopping 10% off. Really. For a product that should have been pulled from the shelf and replaced 4 years ago according to the manufacturer. Very disappointed
