Terrible quality

I knew when I was screwing the screws in and the tin was denting with very little pressure, this was not good quality. Our first thunderstorm happened today since installing it and pulled the entire thing out of the concrete even though the shade curtain was pulled back so as to not catch the wind. The crews actually pulled right through the metal premade screw holes. What a waste of money! Hardly had a month of using it. Would not recommend.

Ordered a brown pergola. This is not brown at all

Went together very easily. The instructions were ok. A little more detail would be better.lots of washers in the box but no idea where those we’re supposed to go🙃

I did not like the final size of the product. Once we assembled the pergola and measured it, the size was 10 ft w x 8 ft long. There are no written instructions, just pictures. Overall, i do like that the product is sturdy and provides ample shade.

Nice looking item

Item was relatively easy to put together in spite of the confusing instructions. The biggest problem with the item is that there is no where to purchase a replacement canopy if needed. The hooks will come undone in a strong breeze and the magnets provided need to be stronger.

Just ok. Not what I expected

It states its brown but it's metal grey. One of the posts were dented and the directions were not great. I was taking apart and re-adusting the entire build which wasted alot of time. Also it would have been nice if they gave extra screws. I lost one in between the deck boards... just 1 and had no spares.

Pergola

This is a great product. It went together easily and provides great shade. The only thing is eye bolts that hold the canopy on come loose in the wind and you have to reattach the canopy. We fixed it by clamping the eye bolts completely closed.

Good for the price.

Looks good, Pretty easy to put together. It should come with more magnets to hold in place on each end which I ordered some and should solve problem.

Great product- instructions are crap

Finished product is beautiful and the price is affordable. Only negative I encountered was the instructions. Certain images weren't accurate which led to having to unassembled and re-assembled. Eventually had to look at the website images to get everything out together properly. We also chose to use a bigger screw to attach into the ground since we live in a windy area.

Great find!

We just put this together and I will say the organization of the parts and manual were very well done making the process much easier. We got it done just under 2 hours with the help of 3 people. My own gripe is the magnet piece for the tarp which was rather flimsy and broke. May want to have a better quality one on these.
