This is a real real bad review that I am giving you guys number one you guys gave my product away without checking my ID to someone that said they was there to pick up a fireplace. I promised my mother that she will have a fireplace before she can come home and warm herself up. My mother was very upset about the fireplace wasn’t there I am very upset that I spend almost $300 for this fireplace and no one can spend me what happened to besides, I need to call my bank to get my money back refund it...

It’s hard to put together and the fire is not red.
The backlight was extremely hard to put together. We had to go to YouTube to get help, AND once we determined what the instructions meant, and we got it together, the fire is every color but red. It’s 12 colors but NOT one is red.

Failure display to power up
Well, this item was doing well for our so called 2024-2025 Arizona winter. Note, I did not buy this for a heater but more of an aesthetic ambiance for our great room. Half of my order
I only received half of my order.. originally on website it says 2 boxes. One box is supposed to be the fireplace & the other box is suppose to be the tv console! I never received the tv stand console. The store that I got it delivered to says they only received one package. Which means the vendor/warehouse never even shipped out the second part of the order and must of made a mistake and shipped out only one part of the order which was the fireplace!
