Easy install, works great so far had it for 2 weeks, using it as a "preheat" for whole home on demand with a long run, love the size for the kW rating

The hot water heater seems to be the solution for our needs, but has not been installed yet.

Looks Great and does the job!
I just bought and installed it, but it works well so far! Does the job warming the water and is in a compact package so it saves so much space over the tank style water heater we had previously.

This is a nice unit.
A sensor in the unit failed company is sending a replacement. I think the company service is great. Took just a few minutes to find the problem.
