We never got to open the box. Lowe’s had an excuse as to why they couldn’t install it.

Beautiful doors
Selected this to replace a garage door and it was a 1/2 half to 3/4 day install and went very smoothly. Turned out so beautiful and it is wonderful to have doors that let so much light in that it transforms the room. Very pleased with this purchase!

Shipping of product comes in boxes
The product fulfilled a want. Solid construction. The product added style to the home. I would order the product again. The only negative was shipping damage on one door panel.

The door is amazing. I would say better than 10k door I saw in store. I guess all the margin goes to store rent. The contractor I hired was super helpful and product works out perfect.

Great door Poor customer service
I have tried several different avenues trying to get assistance with this door purchase. I love it and I do not want to remove it in order to return. I was unable to submit my question also. I need to know if there is a replacement part for the locking mechanism? Brand new door and newly installed only to find out it will not lock. New home renovation so it is desperately needed.

Good door bad service
The door is great and I recommend it, but when I went to get lumber the the people in the lumber department are rude and unhelpful. Just asking for help makes them mad it seems. I will give a different store a try next time.
