Not well packed. Broken piece was obviously not protected in the box. Basic science. Other reviews gave similar concerns. Great price for a reason. Seems to work well. Not going to hassle with poor replacement services.

The Pinpoint Cam LLC customer service was excellent. One of the pieces was damaged during shipping and it was immediately replaced at no extra charge. The umbrella and stand are both sturdy and in excellent condition now that the new base has arrived.
NOT RED! Ugly brown or something.
I purchased this patio umbrella after specifically calling Lowe’s customer service to confirm the color. The description listed it as red (not orange), and I wanted to be absolutely sure before ordering. The representative even told me they confirmed with the manufacturer that the umbrella is true red. Updating review, “ Avoid using this company…”
Update: after posting the review, the company provided the promised payment and asked me to update my 1-star review. We got this on sale at the end of the season and there were no others to exchange it for by the time we received it and found the damage, otherwise we would have exchanged it. It is not as horribly heavy as some of the reviews describe. Easy for an average couple to lift/assemble. Our Lowe’s delivery person was awesome—super kind, helpful, and positive.
