Excellent Purchase
I’ve had my tankless water heater installed for about a week and a half to two weeks now and overall I love my purchase. It did take a day or two to calibrate with heating water coming into my house, but after that, it’s been great. You do have to get used to a little bit of the noise from the water heating up, but you never run out of hot water.

Broken in 3 Months!
Had this unit installed September 30th, 2025. It just broke on New Years with a 111 (Failure to fire). It is COMPLETELTY UNACCEPPTABLE for a product this new to have this catastrophic issue. Now I am out of hot water on New Years.
