It's ideal for whole-home applications, and it only heats water when required for exceptional energy efficiency. This tankless gas water heater operates at a 0.95 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) to reduce energy consumption and save money on energy bills. Mounting your outdoor tankless water heater on an exterior wall is simple and saves you valuable storage space. This model may qualify for additional energy-efficiency rebates and tax credits in your local area. See Lowe's Rebate Center for details. it was time for a new water heater so i replaced it with a brand that i had already and was reliable. but this time it was going to be tank less. i reviewed the comments before i purchased the item to see any issues that might arrive and there were few to none. the 46 five star reviews was enough for me to purchase and install. it wasn't an easy install because one you have to remove the old unit then put in the new unit, also plumbing, gas, electrical and drilling a hole in the side of the hou...
