This is the first day I have use this heater and it seems functioning well.

Every product has a limitation

I brought this water heater in 12/2017. It has performed the required job up until this this particular winter (2026) which was extremely cold inclement weather. The extremely cold weather has started (since March 2026) leakage from the top the water heater and from the bottom as well.

Works for me

Replaced identical unit of just more than 11 years. Controls are simple and works fine.

I replaced an AOsmith with an AOSmith... just installed today (3/4/26) I hope it last as long as the last one. (26 Years)

4 year old hot water heater

So far this has been great hot water heater. This hot water heater has done everything ask of it. I have asked it to take some natural gas and some cold water and heat the water until it is the perfect temperature to take a shower. So far, for the past 4 years it has performed outstanding. Now is the time for me to do a little maintenance, like change the anode rod, I discovered I fail to register my purchased. So far so good.

Grate water heater

Is been a month since I both this water heater and the performance is grate, hot water is constant all the time

Great product

I’ve been used Aosmith water heater tank for 15 years, it’s a very good quality product! I hope this new one ( signature 100) will last more than 12 years and do the same good job.
