STILL NOT AS PICTURED!
Ditto to the experience of reviewer "Don" January 13, 2019 -- two years later and this product is *STILL* NOT AS PICTURED. AO Smith Model #G6-UPVT4042NV does *NOT* include a combustion air supply duct as pictured. Such a combustion air duct would allow outside air to be supplied directly to a "sealed" combustion chamber. Dont buy so smith, I bought one not even 2 years later my whole basement was flooded, and they wouldn't help the insurance company at all!, went back to Lowe's bought the same one, it went out on the year warranty they would not cover because it was 1 day past the year. My 2nd AO Smith Water Heater
This is my second water heater. I replaced my 22 year old AO Smith Water Heater in October 2018. It has been reliable and I wouldn't switch to another brand.
