I’m looking forward to my home completion with all things functioning. My gas water heater with instant hot water at every tap will be a dream come true. No more waiting while the hot water finally gets to my bathroom which always seems to be the last stop for the hot water line. It should also mean less water usage since there is no letting the water go down the drain waiting for heat.
