Easy Install and easy startup
I bought this unit 6 months ahead of time knowing my old water heater of 12 year old would eventually give up. And sure enough 6 months later the old water heater started to leak. Glad to have had a new unit ready to install.

I purchased the A.O. Smith Signature 300 50-Gallons Tall 12-year Warranty Natural Gas Water Heater from Lowes and had a professional plumber install it at my home. Upon installation, the heater immediately started to leak water onto the burner, so the plumber removed it, and immediately went back to Lowes to get a replacement.
