doesn't want to honor warranty after 3 months
purchased water heater 3 months ago and burner and control valve started acting up and when I call them, instead of sending their technician they asked me to contact my own plumber and do the diagnosis for them as which parts were needed and when calling them back, they didn't trust his assessment !
