Do not shop at the Sunnyvale California store bad
So far the water heater is good how ever the service at your Sunnyvale store was a nightmare with your onsite management team they do not have any quality of customer service at all a very bad experience had to visit another store for my purchase.

Poor design and quality, stay away!
Read reviews first! I saw there were many reviews that had trouble lighting the pilot light and that the viewing window design doesn't let you see the igniter light the pilot light. Yes and yes! After my water heater went out I needed another unit asap and this was the only unit 75 gallons+ at my local Lowe's or H Depot. Rented a trailer and picked up this unit. Poorly designed
The viewing window for the pilot light is on the complete wrong side to see the pilot light. The gas tube is so small it's almost impossible to check if it's blocked. Pilot light is frustratingly hard to light. Also came with dents and little green stickers next to the dents as if they had been given the "ok".
