Product was recommended by the ARS technician. So far, so good! They picked it up from Lowe's. It was a very quick install by them.

stopped working after 3 weeks
Bought A.O. Smith 30 gallon gas tank water heater from Lowes Los Angeles midtown on 12/17/25. Had it professionally installed. It stopped working three weeks later (10 blinks; requires air filter on what purports to be NEW water heater to be cleaned). No hot water! Submitted ticket on website 1/8/26. Customer Service phone contact number on A.O. Smith website (800) 527-1953 is a scam - nothing but adds to sell assorted unrelated products.
