Lowe’s always come through on time
My old hot water heater went out on are coldest days of winter. I looked at Lowe’s online in my area.( 60mile round trip) I saw the one I needed compared to the old one. I placed my order an thought it b all day before pick up. To my surprise I received a text about 30 minutes after I made my purchase that the new hot water heater was ready for pick-up. Now that’s service. By that afternoon I had installed the new hot water heater and had hot water again after a couple hours

We purchased this earlier this week just got done installing it not bad of a job waiting now to see how long it takes to heat up 40 gallons of water. So far so good hope it last as long as the original one did . 26 years

Easy install
This was an easy install. So far, it has worked well and has heated water very good. at this time, I have not had any problems with this water heater. Also, you should know before buying this water heater. This is the Standard model, and it is made with cheaper parts than the Professional model. Lowe's Only sells the Standard Model not the Professional Model which would cost you about $100. more through a plumbing business. The install would be the same if you do it yourself. You just pay a litt...
